Where do you ship to?

We provide shipping within Malaysia and International locations via Pos Laju. Choice of courier companies will be at the discretion of our management.


International Shipping: please email your orders to banah.enterprise19@gmail.com for quotations on shipping rates.

Self Pick-Up: Upon payment checkout, you may choose "Pick-up" to pick up your order at our retail store. Click to checkout our contact and location

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and shown on the ‘order checkout’ page before you make payment.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive an email or WhatsApp from us when your parcel is dispatched, containing your tracking number. Do check your spam box if you are using a Gmail account.

How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

We will arrange parcel to be shipped out from our store within 2 working days upon receipt of payment.

Domestic shipment (within Malaysia) will normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

While we are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, mail carriers are seeing longer delays in shipping due to limited transportation availability impacted by the pandemic of COVID-19.

Can I get a refund on import duties and taxes?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges, you are advised to contact your local customs office.


How do I add/ change the items in my order or my shipping details, after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, if the item has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.


Do you provide insurance coverage?

While we ensure that items packed in the parcel are at its best conditions, we are not responsible for damages caused during shipping and delivery.
