RETURN & REFUND POLICIES:
- Orders can only be canceled/refunded if the item is not not shipped out.
- Vendor is strictly not responsible for delays caused by courier service. No refunds/ cancellation can be made as vendor has no control over the delivery times and period of courier service.
- Strictly no returns are possible. Unless if you received incorrect or missing items during delivery, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund after 2 days of receiving your item. If 2 days have gone by since you first receive your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fee to return the item will be borne by vendor.
- Photo evidence is required for any claim of exchange and refund.
- Any damages to the item:
- All damages must be flagged to us immediately, a claim for refund will not be accepted after 2 days upon successful delivery.
- If an item is damaged during shipping, vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, vendor shall make a full refund.
- Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods. Once the returned goods fulfill our return policy, the full refund will be initiated.
- All refund will be processed via original payment method.
